Williamsburg County Transit is interested in your transportation needs. Transportation services will be provided to and from doctor visits and pharmacies in & around the Kingstree areas.
Services will be provided Monday – Friday for areas as listed in the schedule below.
Please remember that you must call at least 24 hours (1 Day) in advance.
WCTS continue to meet the transportation needs of citizens of Williamsburg County through demand response, focusing on , but not limited to, county and out- of county doctor appointments, fixed routes, and providing contract service for clients through and out – of county recourse agencies.
Listed are primary local activity centers that are served by the agency:
Adult Daycare Centers, Mental Health, doctor’s appointments, Kingstree Dialysis, Williamsburg County Disabilities and Special; Need Board (DSN), Florence Vocational Rehabilitation Center. Transportation service are provided to the above mentioned Monday through Friday with the exception of Kingstree Dialysis that is provided service Monday through Saturday and very possible on Sunday if the need arises.
Those resident that currently receive Medicaid benefits, your cost of transportation for medical treatments may be covered by Medicaid. To determine your eligibility call LogistCare @ 1-866-381-4856.
